As a link between the residential areas, green spaces and shopping streets of Waterloo city centre, the WOW project fits naturally into its existing environment.

Through this mixed project, on a human scale, which combines housing (from studios to 3-bedroom flats), single-family homes, offices and areas intended to accommodate medium-sized businesses, WOW contributes to the development of a real social fabric by creating a connecting neighbourhood with a strong identity.
