L'Habitation Moderne, in partnership with the SLRB, has signed an agreement to acquire two office buildings in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, which will be converted into 108 affordable housing units. This is the Antares project, currently owned by Eaglestone Belgium, the administrative manager of the project, which is playing a coordinating role until provisional acceptance of the works. Work is due to start in autumn 2024.
